Refunds information
If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a RAI member, you do have the right to cancel your membership and request a refund. Each request will be considered on its merits, and in line with The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and where appropriate a full refund will be given. Refunds should be requested by email to admin@therai.org.uk, within 7 days of your payment.
