Michael R. Dove is the Margaret K. Musser Professor of Social Ecology, School of Forestry and Environmental Studies; Curator, Peabody Museum of Natural History; Professor, Department of Anthropology; Director of the Southeast Asia Council; and co-coordinator of the joint doctoral program in Anthropology and Environmental Studies, Yale University. His most recent books are: “The Anthropology of Climate Change” (Wiley/Blackwell 2014); “Climate Cultures” (coeditor J. Barnes, Yale University Press 2015), and “Science, Society, and Environment” (coauthor D. M. Kammen, Routledge 2015). His current research takes a comparative, post-humanist approach to views of the environment in South and Southeast Asia.
